Mike and Paula Pailliotet have been involved in the carpet, upholstery and hard surface cleaning industry since 1986. Mike worked for two large carpet cleaning companies in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas before he and Paula started their own business in Santa Cruz Ca in 2001.
Their family run business is the highest 5 star rated company on Yelp and wins “Best Of” awards year after year. Their daughter and team now run the day to day portion of the business. Please check out our great reviews on Yelp.
Mike’s involvement on the education side of the cleaning industry keeps him on top of the very latest in cleaning methods, solutions and equipment. He owns and operates the industry’s most popular and respected online discussion forum, which is credited for many positive and innovative changes to the industry. Mike provides one on one training for new cleaners and also hosts cleaning seminars and conventions around the country each year.
